全自動(dòng)裝框是角碼鉚接式鋁合金，矩形組框的專(zhuān)用設備，由氣缸，直線(xiàn)導軌及鋼結構機架組成，可以實(shí)現組件承壓完畢后，組件的鋁合金邊框固定，從而簡(jiǎn)化了工人的作業(yè)難度，節約時(shí)間，提高了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。適用于多種型材，有螺釘與無(wú)螺釘鋁合金邊框的組框。組框和外形尺寸在設定的范圍內通過(guò)鎖緊齒條定位，任意調整尺寸，并通過(guò)了調氣缸進(jìn)行精度微調，滿(mǎn)足用于不同組框尺寸的要求。
